Order Modification & Cancellation Policy
At Teach Play Learn, we are a small but dedicated team working diligently to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Due to our fast-paced processing times, we are unable to accommodate any changes to your order once it has been placed and payment has been processed. This includes cancellations, address changes, and payment modifications. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee equivalent to the original shipping cost will be charged. No exceptions.
Useful Tips
We want to ensure you receive your order without any delays. Here are some helpful suggestions:
Double-check your shipping address: Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Verify your payment method: Ensure you are using the correct payment information. For third-party payments like PayPal or Apple Pay, double-check your details before submitting your order. We cannot update payment information after the payment has been processed.
Monitor your delivery: If you are shipping to an address with mailrooms, mail lockers, or concierge services, please track your order to prevent lost or stolen packages.
Returns Policy
We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund minus the cost of shipping to the original payment method. All returned items must be in their original shrink-wrap packaging and condition. Please Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds if the return does not meet our policy requirements.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Your bank or payment method may require additional time to credit your account.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.
Returned to Sender Orders
If an order is returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts, we will be happy to reship it. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment cost before dispatching a new order. Please reach out to us at hello@teachplaylearn.com with any questions.
