An educational concierge is a personalized service that provides guidance, support, and resources to help individuals achieve their educational goals. Similar to a personal concierge, an educational concierge works closely with clients to understand their needs and develop a customized plan to help them achieve their objectives. As an educational concierge, we provide a variety of in-house services combined with meaningful recommendations. We serve as a bridge connecting you to all your educational needs.

We believe that no one size fits all and through a village of support and resources, we curate and connect you with the services and/or people you and your family need to meet your educational goals. We use play as a central connector between teaching and learning, hence the reason it is in the center of our name. This looks different for all ages, but the primary purpose is to build a foundation for lasting learning through rapport building and high engagement. Ultimately, we seek to create and nurture lifelong learners through our educational philosophy and approach.

TPL provides educational services to families with children as young as 18 months up to college-aged students in various educational settings. In-person tutoring is available for families in the greater Los Angeles area. Remote service options are available for families across the nation and internationally.

Our consultations typically offer an opportunity to connect with one of our Directors or Learning Specialists to discuss your specific goals, aspirations, and needs. This is a time for us to get to know each other to determine how we may best be of service. Consultations generally last 30-45 minutes depending on the extent of your family needs. Afterward, we provide a custom proposal for your consideration. Our aim is to equip you with the necessary information to make an informed decision. We are excited to assist you in taking the initial step towards supporting your family.

Our team is available for admin support from Monday to Friday, between 9am PST - 6pm PST. However, our tutors are available seven days a week and can work with families to establish a suitable time frame that accommodates their needs beyond the standard hours. Please note that extended hours need to be agreed upon by the tutor and the family in advance.

The costs of our services are customized and modular based on the needs and levels of support required. ET's analyze neurological assessments to determine the root cause of academic struggles and work alongside our tutors and allied health professionals to create a network of care and support for students.

By collaborating/working with school and health professionals, we can provide a comprehensive support system for students that addresses all aspects of their educational journey/learning path/academic trajectory. TPL provides individualized educational services, beginning with an assessment of the unique needs and goals of the child and family. We offer differentiated curriculum choices and work with a village of professionals, including Speech and Language Pathologists, Educational Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and teachers, to provide whole-team support. We collaborate with educators that have experience working with special needs and recommend outside professional services that may be beneficial. We also help interpret IEPs and neuropsych evaluations to determine next steps. A personalized learning plan is created for each student with specific goals tracked for progress.
